Salary Protection and Disability Insurances
Parental Leave - UA
- Available to parents on FML for the birth or adoption/placement of their child
- Must be used in the first 6 months of birth or adoption/placement
Leave Share - UA
Available to certain ÐÓ°ÉÔ°æs who experience leave without pay while out on an approved
FML event.
Short-term Disability (STD) - Unum
- Disabilities that prevent you from working for up to 11 weeks
- University paid benefit for all eligible ÐÓ°ÉÔ°æs
Long Term Disability (LTD) - Unum
- Disabilities that prevent you from working for more than 90 days
- University paid benefit for all eligible ÐÓ°ÉÔ°æs
