Dr. Billingsley serves as the provost at the University of ÐÓ°ÉÔ°æ Southeast and functions
as the chief academic officer of the university. Before coming to UAS, he spent 22 years at the University of North Carolina at Pembroke, where he
was a professor of ÐÓ°ÉÔ°æ and served in several senior leadership roles, including
Associate Vice Chancellor for Faculty Affairs, Associate Vice Chancellor for Academic
Affairs, Associate Vice Chancellor for Enrollment, and Interim Provost.
