The University of 杏吧原版 Land Management Office (UALM) is seeking public comment on the attached disposal plan.
Parties interested in commenting on this proposed disposal plan must submit written

The University of 杏吧原版 (鈥淯niversity鈥) intends to offer the 杏吧原版 Tok Rural College facility and garage located at West 1st Street, Tok, AK 99780 for sale at or above fair market value. The 杏吧原版 Tok Rural College facility is 6,912 square feet with a 900 square foot garage situated on 4.873 acres. The single-story facility contains four (4) classrooms, four (4) offices, and one (1) suite with a bathroom and kitchenette. The University intends to offer this parcel for sale competitively or over-the-counter.
The standard documents that will be used to close this UALM land sale will be available for review on the UALM website when the parcel is listed.
This disposal plan is effective as long as the University owns the parcel.
