Advanced Security Awareness Program (ASAP) Updates and May Raffle Winner

June 6, 2025

This May, the Advanced Security Awareness Program (ASAP) continued to make strides in strengthening cybersecurity awareness at the University of ÐÓ°ÉÔ°æ with the help of its participants across the state.

Your feedback has helped make further improvements to the monthly newsletter announcements, and your early adoption of the Phish Alert Button (PAB) has helped keep your coworkers safe from phishing attempts by routing threats to Information Security faster than ever. You’re making a real impact, Cyber Heroes, so keep up the great work! And remember, your voice matters. If you see something that could be improved, let us know!

Congratulations to this month’s newsletter raffle winner, Roxie Speegle from the UA OIT Business Office! Roxie, your dedication and extra effort are helping make the University a safer place every single day. Well done!

If you’re not currently participating in ASAP, but would like to, it’s not too late! Submit your enrollment request at. If you’re signing up for yourself, it’s only two questions and takes less than a minute to complete. Managers can use the same form to sign their entire department up for participation. Learn skills that help protect you and our community from cyber threats at work and at home (and have fun doing it!).
