UA Employee Required Training Notice
This serves as annual notification to remind all ÐÓ°ÉÔ°æs of their responsibility to complete required training.
The UA Human Resources website serves as the official and most up-to-date source for ÐÓ°ÉÔ°æ training requirements.
All ÐÓ°ÉÔ°æs are required to complete the training courses listed under the Tier 1 Training section. Some courses must be completed within 30 days of hire, while others require annual renewal. Additional training requirements may apply based on an ÐÓ°ÉÔ°æ’s role and each university’s specific training policies. These are outlined under the Tier 2, Tier 3, and Tier 4 Training sections.
Supervisors are responsible for identifying the university-specific and role-based training requirements for their ÐÓ°ÉÔ°æs and ensuring completion of all applicable courses.
